- Proof of up to date Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella vaccinations (administered at least a week before your pet's arrival date).
- A completed Boarding Admission Form.
- A signed Boarding Contract.
- Enough food for your pet, for their entire stay.
- Currently on a flea and heartworm preventative.
- Without any contagious illnesses or without recent contact with another sick animal.
